Bananas mousse
Instructions
Using a mixer, blend the chopped bananas with 70 g of icing sugar.
Meanwhile, place to soak for about 10 minutes the sheets of isinglass, strizzateli well, add the lemon juice and let them dissolve in a saucepan to very low fire.
Next, mix the isinglass at bananas, add the chopped almonds and cinnamon.
Finally, whip the cream with cold 30 g icing sugar and add to the rest, stirring gently.
Pour the mixture into individual cups and keep them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Serve the cups with whipped cream and sliced banana.

- 4 chopped bananas
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 3 sheets of isinglass
- 1 great lemon (juice)
- 50 g of coarsely chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 20 cl of cream
