Avocado mousse
Instructions
Put in cold water bath sheets of isinglass.
Empty avocados leaving a little near the pulp, Peel avocados and sprayed the flesh with lemon juice so they don't get black, then blend it with smoked salmon, yogurt, salt and pepper.
