Melt chocolate with 4 tablespoons of water on the fire.
Lightly whisk the egg yolks and Beat egg whites until stiff.
Combine gently before the egg yolks, then the egg whites to the chocolate, working the mixture from the bottom upwards.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until the cream has hardened.
