Instructions

Whip the egg yolks with sugar and add the hot milk.

Cook the cream in a double boiler.

When it thickens, pick it up from the fire, add the isinglass soaked and squeezed, then cool.

Add the orange peel pulp, yoghurt, whipped egg whites and the juice of 1/2 lime.

Pour into a large bowl and leave in the refrigerator 5 hours.
