Banana mousse
Instructions
Put the gelatine in cold water to soften.
Warm milk.
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add 100 g sugar.
Slowly dilute with warm milk.
Pour the cream in the saucepan used for milk and put in a water bath.
Cook for a few minutes, then add the squeezed gelatine and stir, let it dissolve completely.
Puree bananas with maraschino, mix together the cream, stirring gently.
Divide the mousse into bowls and garnish with cream after it has been mounted.

- 3 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 175 g of sugar
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 leaves gelatin of (10 g)
- 1 dram of maraschino
- 250 g of whipping cream
