Instructions

Work the egg yolks with the sugar to 1/4 of an hour, add the chocolate melted in a Bain-Marie before and finally the whipped egg whites until stiff.

This operation must be done very gently so as not to spoil the end result.

Put the mousse for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Serve with biscuits.
