Bananas in madeira
Instructions
Choose ripe bananas, but firm.
Peel and accomodarle in a Pyrex dish, buttered edges, brush on melted butter, sprinkle with fine sugar.
Pour over the Madeira.
Cook 15 minutes at campfire.
Serve hot sprinkling with the cooking.

- 12 bananas
- Butter
- 2 cups of madeira wine
- 4 tablespoons of sugar end
