Instructions

Wash the grapes and shelled the grapes, put them in a pot to cook on moderate fire and with a wooden spoon start splitting the berries; After about 10 minutes passed through a sieve the mixture in a bowl, separating the juice (liquid and pulp) from the skin and the seeds.

Let cool and place in the fridge.
