Instructions

Peel the pears, remove the core and cook in water and sugar until they will be soft.

Blend with the jam until it becomes a cream.

Rattle off the plums and cook them for 5 minutes with the wine, 2 tablespoons sugar, lemon peel and a little water.

Drain and let cool.

Combine the plums with the syrup to pureed pears and stir well.

Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and keep in refrigerator 30 minutes.
