Mousse of ham (2)
Instructions
Diced and pounded in a mortar the Ham with butter, add this mixture to the sauce, rather thick, stirring.
Everything passes through a sieve, put in a saucepan and stirring add the diced ham, whipped cream, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Pour into an oiled mold, cover a sheet of aluminum foil and put in the fridge.
When serving pour the mousse on a serving platter and serve.
If you wish you can garnish with chopped jelly

- 300 g of ham
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of bechamel
- 2 tablespoons of diced cooked ham
- 20 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
