Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie with coffee.

Make it cool.

Meanwhile, Mount Snow well soda the 4 egg whites and beat the 4 egg yolks.

Combine melted chocolate before the beaten yolks and egg whites.

Mix well the mixture and divide into 4 bowls.

Keep in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.
