Mozzarella in carrozza (4)
Instructions
Divide the slices of bread in half and, between one and the other, put one or two slices of mozzarella.
In a bowl beat the eggs, diluitele with a glass of milk, salted.
Flour the sandwiches and then toss them in beaten egg with milk lasciandoveli until they absorbed a little liquid.
In a pan heat the oil with a knob of butter and friggetevi the sandwiches.
Dry on paper towels.
Serve very hot.
Accompanying wines: Prosecco Di Conegliano DOC "Sparkling" Galestro Tuscan IGT, Ischia Bianco DOC.

- 8 slices bread
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
