Green mozzarella
Instructions
Cut into 1 cm round slices mozzarella and arrange on a plate.
Chop finely with a handful of parsley, a little basil, chives, a few leaves of mint, anchovies, capers, a little salt and enough oil to form a sauce.
Pour the mixture over the cheese and let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 mozzarella
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Basil
- 1 handful of parsley
- Chives
- Some leaves of mint
- Olive oil
- Little of salt
