Mozzarella stuffed
Instructions
Divide half the mozzarella, excavating the inner pulp that finely triterete.
Wash and cut into small pieces tomatoes by removing the seeds.
Place in a bowl chopped mozzarella and tomatoes, that mixing the mixture and adding the chopped chives, chopped basil, chopped capers.
Seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
With this compound filled mozzarella shells, which will keep in a cool place for half an hour before serving.
Finally garnish mozzarella with fresh basil leaves and serve.

- 2 mozzarella di bufala
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- Chives
- 1 sprig of basil
