Wild fruit muffins
Instructions
Put into a bowl the melted butter, egg and fruit.
Mix well.
In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring around as little as possible.
Put spoons into special moulds muffins, buttered or covered in paper form.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup 1 of fruit (raspberries, blueberries)
- 2 eggs
- 13 cl of milk
- 100 g of melted butter
