Bananas copacabana
Instructions
Prepare the syrup by boiling for 10 minutes the water with the sugar and rum.
Combine bananas, cut in half lengthwise and keep when they put out the fire.
Prepare the sauce by melting the chocolate in a Bain-Marie with a few tablespoons of water.
Serve the ice cream with bananas covered with chocolate sauce.

- 50 g of sugar
- 200 g of bitter chocolate
- 50 cl of vanilla ice cream
- 1 dram of rum
