Thaw hake, put them in a pan and soak them with lemon juice and filtered with a glass of warm water with loose nut inside.
Sprinkle with the parsley and chopped garlic, add the thyme and bay leaf and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Then turn the fish and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add salt, remove bay leaf and serve with the fish sfilettati cooking.
