Hake with capers
Instructions
Let thaw hake, clean and wash them; mince the parsley with garlic and capers.
Spread half of the mixture into the belly of hake, place in a baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle with the remaining chopped, salt, wet with wine and vinegar, Cook for about 10 minutes and serve decorated with slices of lemon.

- 4 frozen hake findus
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of capers
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- White wine
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
