The Andalusian hake
Instructions
Sprinkle lemon juice 4 slices of hake, season with salt and brown them on both sides in a little oil.
Combine tomatoes and 3 1/2 finely chopped red pepper, cover and cook at low heat for 5 minutes.
Prepare a sauce with 120 g of mayonnaise, 1 cup of cream and 1 tablespoon of tomato pulp.
Stir well and add the tomatoes and peppers cooked.
Mix well and pour the sauce over the fish.
Serve hot.
