Hake with oregano
Instructions
Grease a baking dish with a spoon of oil, add the fish fillets, season with a pinch of salt, parsley and oregano.
Cover the spaces between the fish fillets with tomatoes and drizzle with the remaining oil.
Put in the oven already warm and cook on a high heat for about 15 minutes.

- 1 pack of hake fillets
- 120 g of tomato pulp
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt
