Hake with onions
Instructions
Put on the bottom of a baking dish with oil, vinegar and onions cut into thin slices.
Place over the hake, sprinkle with a tablespoon of water, cover with perforated film and put in microwave for 8 minutes at full power.
Rest 2 minutes in the oven before you add salt, pepper and serve.

- 1 500 g of hake
- == 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of water
