In a fish kettle to prepare a soup (which should cover the fish for 2/3) with water, peppercorns, cloves, private cherry tomatoes seeds, parsley stems, garlic, salt.
Boil for 15 minutes, then place the fish on the belly and the boil Cook for 15 minutes covered.
Serve with raw oil and a bit of cooking stew.
