Hake flavored with shallots
Instructions
Cut the fish fillets, salted and peppered, sprinkled with the juice of two lemons emulsified with two tablespoons of olive oil.
Pass under the grill for 8 minutes, set aside and keep warm.
In a Saute pan with a knob of butter, finely chopped shallots, spray them with wine and cook to moderate flame for 5 minutes.
Adjust salt and pepper in moderation.
Serve fish fillets in sauce sprinkled with scallions.

- 600 g of hake fillets
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 2 shallots
- 2 lemons
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
