Nastrini with stracchino and red chicory
Instructions
Bring to a boil the salted water and cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, Cook chopped onion in a little oil, add the finely cut chicory and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
When the dough is ready to be drained, add to the radicchio sauce stracchino, let it melt a little, then add the pasta and toss until stracchino won't be completely melted.
Serve hot.

- 250 g of type pasta ribbons
- 200 g of stracchino cheese
- 1 small red onion
- 2 heads of radicchio di treviso
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
