Instructions
Peel the MEDLARS, remove stones, cut them into pieces and place in a saucepan.
Unite here sugar, lemon zest, cloves, wine, and cook over a moderate heat until the pulp of the fruit is tender.

- 1000 g of ripe medlars
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves
- 2 cups of dry white wine
