Nests with peppers
Instructions
Bring to a boil salted water and cook the nests.
Blend the peppers, roasted and peeled, drained tuna, 60 g of oil, boiled egg, a pinch of salt and a ladle of cooking water.
Drizzle nests drained al dente and garnish with a few leaves of Basil.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 2 roasted peppers
- 1 can of 180 g of tuna
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- Some leaflets of basil
- 60 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
