Nests at salty zabaglione
Instructions
While it leads to boil the salt water to the dough, beat the egg yolks with the flour and nut, add the melted butter and then the wine previously reduced to half; to thicken on the stove, then add the chopped tarragon, salt and pepper.
Boil the nests of noodles al dente, drain and toss with the warm zabaione.
Note: this is not, in fact, in this recipe of zabaglione for the presence of butter (salted, zabaglione is made with egg and wine sauce); in any case, this flavorful sauce can also be used to accompany boiled vegetables served hot.

- 350 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 100 g of butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 2 teaspoons of granular nut
- 33 cl of wine
- Tarragon
- White pepper
- Salt
