Instructions
This is a traditional Japanese dish that is usually served for dinner.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4-5 pieces each.
Put a pan and deep heat and pour in the oil and beef.
FRY for a few minutes, then add onions and potatoes.
Continue to cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the water, soy sauce, sugar and wine.
Bring to a boil.
Skim occasionally and cook for about 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of potatoes
- 150 g of beef into thin slices
- 300 g of sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 40 cl of water
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
