The next day, add the other spices and leave them in until 3 August maceration shaking three times a day.
Strain and add the sugar that you prepared for the sciogliendolo in hot water, not boiling.
Let cool and bottled.
Wait at least three months before you consume it.

- 350 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 19 green walnuts rather small
- 4 cloves
- 2 g of cinnamon
- 3 lemons (zest)
- 500 g of sugar
- 300 g of water
