Instructions

Beat the knots and pass them in the flour.

Saute the butter to Hazel, place the cutlets and cook for 10 minutes, then season with salt.

Prepare minced fine with aromas and spreading on the knots a few minutes before attempting to remove them from the fire.

Serve each filet mignon accompanied with a nice slice of lemon.
