Braised goose
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and chopped goose saucepan.
Add the onions into thin slices, whole garlic and saute without Brown.
Pour the wine.
Add the tomatoes peeled, seeded and diced them private, herbs.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and let Cook in the oven at 150 degrees for about 3 hours, until the meat falls off the bones.
Withdrawn from the oven, boned goose, arrange on serving dish and keep warm.
Remove garlic.

Pour a small glass of brandy, stir.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve immediately.

- 1 3000 g goose
- 50 g of butter
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 6 great tomatoes
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 leaves sage
- 1 dram of brandy
- Salt
- Pepper
