Instructions

Mince herbs with the garlic.

Cut the beets into slices, put them in a bowl, sprinkle them with scented herbs.

Prepare the sauce: 6 tablespoons of olive oil emulsified with two of vinegar, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the beets, seasoning.

Serve.
