Instructions
Put in an airtight Bowl the garlic deprived of their skins is, Rosemary, Sage leaves and chopped chilli, then cover with the olive oil and let macerate for about twenty days in a dark and cool place.
Then filtered and split by pouring oil in small bottles.
Indicated on fish, meat and even on pizza.
