Omelette with candied fruit
Instructions
Blend the eggs adding sugar, rum, half the cream and 1/3 of candied fruit.
Melt the butter in the Pan and cuoceteci the omelet.
When it is dense in 2 sides, roll it up and put in half the remaining candied fruit, cut into pieces.
Slide the omelet onto a plate stirring over the remaining candied fruit and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Served by wetting with the rum stayed at which you fire.

- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
- 100 g of candied fruit
- 1 dram of rum
- 50 g of sugar
- Icing sugar
- 50 g of butter
