Omelette with sauce
Instructions
Heat the meat sauce.
Whisk 2 eggs with 2 egg yolks.
Assemble remaining egg whites until foamy and incorporate the other eggs.
Pour the mixture into a pan that has been warmed 1 tablespoon oil.
To thicken the omelette from one side, then rigirarla.
Distribute the omelette the fontina and the meat sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Fold omelette in half and serve immediately.

- 4 eggs
- 180 g of meat sauce ready
- 4 slices of fontina cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
