Instructions

Beat the eggs with the cream and salt.

Combine Marjoram, thyme and chopped chervil, parmigiano and mix.

Melt the butter in a pan, pour the mixture and allow it to Cook, then fold the omelet onto itself after it has been sprinkled with Gruyere cheese, parsley and chopped Basil.

Serve it hot.
