Omelette aux fines herbes
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add the herbs, salt and make the omelet.
When serving, pour on pancake a tablespoon of melted butter mixed with another small chopped herbs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 tablespoons of parsley, chervil and tarragon, chopped into equal parts
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
