Instructions
Pour the Marsala into a bowl, wet the savoiardi quickly and allineateli in a buttered baking dish.
Apart beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is thick and fluffy, and then carefully fold with much delicacy the whipped egg whites until stiff.
Pour the mixture over ladyfingers.
Place in preheated oven at 175 degrees and cook for a quarter of an hour without opening the door.
The mixture should swell and take a nice pale gold colour.
Serve immediately.

- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- Butter
