Instructions

Clean the fish, add salt and pepatela internally, incidetela on the back.

Place it on a sheet of parchment paper, cover it with herbs and a clove of minced garlic, tomatoes slices; squirt with a bit of white wine, seasoned with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Close the bag and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
