Orecchiette alle cime di rapa
Instructions
Clean the cime di rapa, wash them and cut them into small bunches.
Clean the anchovies and let them melt in a pan with oil.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and, soon after, join the turnip tops.
Once cooked orecchiette drain it all, seasoned with fried anchovies, sprinkle of chili and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 500 G = = turnip greens
- 4 salted anchovies
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Chopped chili
