Veal shanks with sauce
Instructions
Take 1 large pan, pour in the oil and add chopped aromas.
Let heat while passing the Veal Shanks in the flour, then place them in the Pan and FRY all do well.
When the Veal Shanks have browned on both sides, season with salt and add the white wine and allow to evaporate.
At this point, add the finely chopped peeled tomatoes.
Cover the Pan, and allow to simmer for at least 45 minutes.

- 4 veal veal shanks
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 tablespoon of kitchen chopped aromas
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- White wine
