Boats of artichokes with spinach and mozzarella
Instructions
Peel spinach, wash them, then chop finely.
Mince the garlic with the anchovy fillets, gently saute the chopped left in a large pan with the oil, then add the spinach.
Let them taste the sauce for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper and chopped Basil.
Clean the artichokes, then let them sbollèntare for 15 minutes in salted water.
Drain, dry thoroughly, then divide them in half lengthways and remove the beard.
Add the diced mozzarella to the spinach mixture, then stuffed with this compound inside of artichokes.
Allineateli in a baking dish greased with butter service, spolverizzateli with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese, pour on the bottom a few spoonfuls of hot broth, then passed the preparation in the oven (180 degrees) for 30 minutes.

- 4 artichokes
- 150 g of cubed mozzarella
- 600 g of spinach
- 2 anchovy desalted fillets
- 1 clove of garlic

- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- 8 leaves basil
- Salt
