Tuna eggs
Instructions
The ingredients are for 20 eggs.
Hard boil the eggs: place them in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil and let Cook for 3 minutes.
Cool the eggs under cold running water for a few minutes.
Gently peel: let them roll under the hand by pressing lightly, to break the shell in multiple places.
Cut the eggs in half and remove yolks.
Put them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add a pinch of salt, a little mustard (about half a teaspoon) and the tuna well drained and crumbled.
Stir thoroughly and mix the mayonnaise.
Fill the eggs with small balls of mixture and ricomponetele.
Dip the tip of each egg in a dish of sesame seeds and arrange on a plate.
If you want to prepare them in advance, you must protect it, cradling it in plastic wrap.

- 20 quail eggs
- 1 box of tuna in olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of delicate mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
