Starters Soup (Ovoli in Brodo)
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up.
Put them in a saucepan with the butter and cook over high heat, covered, so the bottom forms a beautiful yellow sauce.
After 1/4 of an hour wet your hair with the hot broth and let simmer another 1/4 of an hour.
Beat the egg and cheese amalagamatevi.
Remove from heat the soup, add egg mixture stirring.
Add salt and pepper, serve.

- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 150 cl of broth
