Pan-fried carrots and green beans
Instructions
Peel and wash the beans and carrots, cut into chunks and the latter into rings.
Steam Cook for about 10 minutes.
Melt 40 g butter in a pan, add the leeks, washed away and cut in slices and steamed vegetables.
Add salt and pepper and continue cooking at moderate flame for 10 minutes.
Let cool, cover the Pan and put it in the refrigerator until the next day.
Add a tbsp of vegetable water and heat them on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining butter, turn off the heat and finish with the celery and chopped, washed away the shredded chives and a generous ground pepper.

- 400 g of green beans
- 400 g of carrots novelle
- 1 heart of celery
- 1 leek
- 60 g of butter
- Chives
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
