Instructions

Cut meat into cubes and browned until well colored, remove it and put it aside.

In the same oil fry the sausage cut in slices (makes sense when Brown leave the outer skin so that the slices not discarding) and put it with the other ingredients already browned.

(It is recommended to dry the meat already browned with a towel to remove excess oil).

In a pot high edged saute the onion and garlic, and should add the tomatoes and paprika, Cook for 20 minutes.

Combine the pepper strips and sliced meat and Cook 20 minutes, adding if necessary a little broth.

Meanwhile, FRY in oil the squid and shrimp, add them to the sauce along with clams, mussels, peas and then finish cooking for about 10 minutes.

After you Brown the rice in a pan add the gravy and bring to cooking by adding broth when it dries too.

Wishing you can finish cooking the rice just slightly al dente in the oven for a few minutes to dry.
