Instructions
Heat in a saucepan with a glass of olive oil and add the clean chicken and cut into pieces, the pork and the sausage into pieces; Cook until browned meat.
Clean the eels, affettatela and add to the meat along with the shrimp, chopped garlic, peppers and tomatoes cut into pieces; Add salt, pepper and squirt with 150 cl of water.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Then add the rice, saffron, parsley, peas, shelled mussels; stir well and simmer for 20 minutes.
