Vegetarian paella
Instructions
In a large Nonstick Skillet, heat oil, onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Add the rice, salt to taste and saffron.
Mix well and pour the water.
Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, until the rice has not softened.
Combine the pepper, peas and beans and bake again for 10 or 15 minutes.
Before serving, let cool a bit.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- == 1 sliced onion
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 250 g of rice
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 500 G = = water
- 2 small green peppers, sliced
- 125 g of peas
- 125 g of chopped green beans
