Surprise balls
Instructions
Mix the cheese with a little pepper and chopped parsley to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Cut the pepper into 24 pieces and stuffed olives.
With the cheese mixture form many balls with an olive.
Finely crush the corn flakes in a plate and roll the cheese balls.
Arrange them in paper baking cups and store in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.

- 24 pitted green olives
- 1 slice of sweet and sour peppers
- 200 g of fresh cheese
- Parsley
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- Pepper
