Instructions
Work the mascarpone with butter, sugar and egg yolk for at least 15 minutes.
Combine the cacao, maraschino and finely chopped cookies with a mixer.
Continue working until the dough is dense and homogeneous.
Form balls and roll in candies.
Place the balls on a tray and keep in the refrigerator until serving.

- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 g of cocoa
- 130 g of biscuits
- 1 dram of maraschino
- 3 sachets of colored candies
